  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, gift cards, or sale items may not be returnable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.

  • If you need a different size, color, or replacement, we will process the exchange once we receive and inspect your returned item.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. After we receive your item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at anippeq@gmail.com. We will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or refund.
