How To Use:
Clean nails and trim nail surface as normal manicure process.
Apply base coat on the nail, and then cure under LED/UV light.
Apply cat eye polish, then cure under LED light for 30-60 seconds, or cure under UV light for 90-120s seconds.
Apply a second cat eye polish (Notice: do not cure)
